Sue “Sudie” Tannehill Mann is a graduate of Southern Methodist University with a Bachelor’s of Arts. She received her Juris Doctorate from Louisiana State University. Sudie began her legal career in Baton Rouge in 1989, then moved to Lafayette in 1993. She has been recognized by Martindale Hubbell as BV rated by her peers, and by “Acadiana Profile” Magazine as a Top Lawyer in Mortgage Banking Foreclosure Law in 2014 and 2015. She is a frequent speaker on wills, probate, successions, and estate planning in Louisiana.
Sudie is Of Counsel with the Onebane Law Firm, where she practices in the Business and Commercial Section, primarily in the areas of banking and foreclosures, creditors bankruptcy, successions, estate planning, interdictions, real estate and partitions. She began her legal career practicing primarily in the area of successions, trusts and estate planning. Sudie has since expanded her litigation practice from successions and trusts to interdictions, partitions, foreclosures and judicial seizures, and creditors bankruptcy. She further expanded her real estate practice by obtaining her Title Insurance License.
Originally from Baton Rouge, Sudie is married and has two sons. She has been actively involved with Ascension Episcopal School, The Woman’s Foundation, Inc. and other area non-profit organizations.
