The protection and confidentiality of your information is important to us, and we are committed to keeping your information private and informing you on the measures we take to safeguard that information.
SOLA obtains information from our clients, and also from third parties, such as lenders, appraisers, or real estate agents based on the services being provided. Information we may collect includes nonpublic information, such as phone numbers, Social Security numbers, driver’s license numbers, and account numbers.
Disclosure of Client Information
Personal information may need to be shared with legal counsel, contract closers, real estate lien holders, or banks for the purpose of completing and issuing the title insurance policy. The sharing of personal information is restricted to only employees and staff who need the information to perform the services requested by our clients. Client information may also be disclosed in order to comply with the law or any legal processes.

SOLA maintains physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect client information and to comply with federal and state laws. In addition, our policies and practices, computer networks, and the strength of our security will be monitored and updated regularly.
